We worked with Alpine Sterling on a large incentive in 2018 that had many complex parts. Multiple evening events featuring extensive décor and entertainment theming really showed the resourcefulness and creativity of the AS team!
With the support of Warren, Antje and their team, our client was able to provide once-in-a-lifetime experiences for their group. The professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail shown by the AS team were instrumental in making this program a huge success. We cannot wait to bring more groups to Malta to work with Alpine Sterling again!
Although there was only a small group of approximately 30 people in attendance you were committed to finding the right balance of activities and free time and your knowledge of the island meant that the restaurants used were of a very standard but in keeping with the traditional Maltese hospitality and service that was expected.
The VIP's were delighted with the friendliness of you and Antje and the fact that nothing seemed too much went down a treat with everyone. My only issue is that I cannot use you more often, if only all my clients wanted to visit Malta!
I had the pleasure of working with Warren and Debbie Zahra and their team at Alpine Sterling Destination Management Company over the three years of planning our Advisor Rewards program in Malta.
Alpine’s knowledge of unique locations and experiences helped make the program an extremely memorable experience for our guests. From our first meeting at the site inspection to the implementation of the program they demonstrated creativity, patience and definitely showcased their experience.
While onsite in Malta, we worked closely with Debbie Zahra, Kirsten Cassar, and Chris Brown. They were always reachable and able to assist with anything and everything that was required.
It was evident that this is a professional, cohesive, and personable team. We enjoyed a great working relationship with the team, and they ensured that things ran smoothly, which contributed to a successful program.
I am a BDD in New Jersey who recently sold a training program (and ipad meeting solution) to Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals for an Oncology product launch. The program was for 300 participants, largely from outside the US, and was held in Malta in late November.
One of the individuals who was extremely helpful, and instrumental, in addressing our issue and needs was Warren Zahra from Alpine Sterling. At the time he offered to help we had not spoken to him before, and really had no idea who he was or what his role was for the event..just that he offered his assistance and was willing to do whatever he could (even fly a friend in from the UK after a stop at the apple store or take a ferry to Sicily).
I felt compelled to share my experience and interaction with Warren, and recommend him based upon his positive and unselfish approach to finding a resolution in a critical situation.

Thank you very much for all you did to make our visit to Malta such a success. From the moment we arrived the organization was superb. It was by far the best service I have seen in many years and everyone was extremely impressed.
With nearly fifty of us and with many arriving and departing at different times it was a complex task and yet appeared truly relaxed. The result was all the members of the Royal Air Squadron agreeing that it was the best overseas trip they could remember.

Alpine Sterling was amazing to work with for our international sales kick-off meeting in October 2018.
As a DMC partner, you only ever expect the vendor to work on the aspects requested; however, Alpine Sterling went above and beyond at all times.
Not only were they creative and thoughtful in the bid process, their care carried throughout the entire event and afterwards. In a moment of complete disaster during the event, Steve rallied all of the vendors, even those that he was not managing, to create a memorable closing celebration for our group – all without asking.
This DMC is more than a company; they take care of you like family. I hope to take them everywhere I go in the future.
